Why did the Apostles sacrifice animals after Jesus Death?

A common objections muslims try to bring up about the new testament is to say that the apostles didn’t believe in Jesus sacrifice on the cross and that they actually still followed the levitical laws to give animals like when paul did the nazarite vow because it was the way to pay for their sins but when we look at the context of the story we see that this is not the case in fact since it was paul being around the jews and trying to win them over to christ paul did it with the Nazarene vow in order to show that he did accept these laws as valid and that these sacrifices pointed towards christ as the bigger picture of the lamb being spotless as a symbolic view that Jesus is the lamb who is sinless .
