You gotta get up early if you want to have any shot at keeping up with Mark Wahlberg, because training starts at 4:00 AM.

Wahlberg was in NYC promoting his new film, “Mile 22,” and explained how he finds time to stay jacked on a busy schedule. He says it starts with a healthy eight hours of sleep, followed by a 4:00 AM gym session, prayer time, run at the golf course, recovery in a cryo or hyperbaric chamber and then it’s time to start conducting business.
