What kind of doctor is she?

I’m not trying to be rude or offensive, but I can’t help but wonder—do other countries really do things like that? It’s something I’ve heard about, and I’m curious to know if it’s actually true.Why would she put her finger in that or into the hole? I don’t understand why she would do that—it doesn’t make sense to me.
