Nakhleh "Nick" Khalifeh is a partner in the law firm of Lurie|Strupinsky LLP. Nick and is chair of Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, and Probate groups. In this capacity, Nick represents sellers and purchasers of residential and commercial real estate. Additionally, Nick advises clients on estate planning options by crafting individualized plans aimed at protecting their assets and preserving them for the next generation.

Prior to joining Lurie|Strupinsky, LLP, Nick worked with top Real Estate and Trust and Estate Firms in New York City including Levin Law Group and was associated with the law firm of Connors & Sullivan PLLC. In these positions, he developed the knowledge in the areas of estate planning and probate. In addition to representing sellers, purchasers, and lenders in successful real estate closings, Nick spent the early part of his legal career as counsel to condominium, co-ops, and homeowners associations' boards.

Nick received his J.D. in 2016 from Western New England University School of Law, after spending years in the business world as small business owner.

A proud resident of Brooklyn, he earned his B.A. from Brooklyn College where he was awarded the Political Science Award and chosen to represent the college at a United Nations event.

Besides volunteering at community events, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends. In his spare time, Nick is a regular at his local gym and loves to go kayaking, hiking, and road trips.
