HB1 at the 2025 Legislative Session

School choice debate is heating up at the Idaho Legislature. HB1 is a personal bill brought by Rep. Clint Hostetler and is first out of the gate on what will likely be a list of Universal School Choice bills this session.

Idaho Freedom Foundation rates this bill a +5 and describes it as the "gold standard" but former Senator, Scott Herndon, disagrees.
