IRS: TAXES ARE VOLUNTARY

And why are they Voluntary? Because in the whole 40,000 page IRS book there is no mention that Americans have to pay tax. In the past 30 years people have offered anyone including IRS Agents $50,000USD to find them the LAW in that book that requires them to pay tax and some IRS Agents took up that offer and went through their IRS rule book to see no mention of it.

Many people including Peter Schiff's Father Irwin Schiff never paid taxes for decades but once he came out and began TEACHING regular Americans they didn't have to pay taxes, the IRS came after him and threw him in jail where he died.
