Wildfires in Los Angeles have killed at least 10 people, as officials warn more high winds could further fan the flames. Four major wildfires are still raging across Los Angeles County. Whole neighborhoods have been devastated, with as many as 10,000 structures destroyed by the coastal Palisades Fire.
