The Hamilton County prosecutor says authorities plan to kick homeless people out of a privately-owned park. People experiencing homelessness have been camping out in a pocket park at 13th and Republic Streets in Over-the-Rhine since Friday, after a judge banned homeless camps from all public property in Hamilton County. Now, Prosecutor Joe Deters said the group has until noon Thursday to move on again.
