NH AG Upset Got Slapped Down by State Supreme Court for Trying to Prosecute Protected Speech

The New Hampshire Supreme Court did the right thing and slapped down the state’s attorney general trying to prosecute a group of people for supposedly violating its civil rights law by somehow trespassing on an overpass’ sidewalk to hang a sign stating, “Keep New England White”, which is constitutionally protected speech.

In this video, we take a look at the NH Attorney General’s office upset that they didn’t get away with their prosecution of a group for words they did not like.
