Why Should Your Discipline Be Fixed?

You know that horrible feeling.

You were physically "there" with family but not REALLY THERE.

and they know it

and they feel it

Your mind is so busy you don't have the space to experience the life in front of you.

MANY of the guys in my coaching program @menoffireprogram feel this way before changing their habits

1-You have a constantly building inner frustration with yourself that causes bubbling emotion to spill out onto your family.

2-You get distracted during the day and work tasks pile up. Your son is in front of you but you're thinking about the email you need to send.

3-You have no systems in place and start each day with no plan.

4-You have no targets or direction for your business or work projects.

5-Instead of systematically compounding your efforts you're running in a hamster wheel working harder than everybody but also making less progress.

This consumes a man. Then on top of that he goes to bed feeling guilty knowing he wasn't present with his family. The knowledge that these years are slipping by fast only compounds this.

Every one of these stems back to the same basic problem.

Lack of discipline.

Whether it's your house, career, business, or family... You can't get yourself to do what you know you have to do anymore.

You haven't forgot what to do, your identity has changed.

The perspective and habits have changed.

I remember feeling very unpresent with my family at times and it always lined up exactly with times of my life I was very undisciplined.

The key to giving your family more presence is fixing your discipline.
