Baltimore City gives green light to dockless scooters; pilot program replaces bike share

The Bird are official. After rising in popularity since they landed in Baltimore last month, the city has announced a pilot program with two major dockless transportation companies. But it comes at a cost: it replaces the Baltimore Bike Share program.
