Feed Your Bread! Fun With Yeast, Flour, & Water

It's alive! I was beginning to wonder, since it expired 06/2021 and no activity since starting it on 01/04/2025. Then suddenly, today, it started bubbling and smells so good! Really looking forward to making a loaf of Sour Dough Bread with it very soon.
