B2 Khon Kaen Premier Hotel - Isaan Thailand - Contemporary, Central & Classy - Real Review #khonkaen

. Well my decision to again visit Khon Kaen was a spur of the moment call and as such, I did not have a place to stay booked in advance.

. I strolled on from the Railway Station to the B2 Premier Hotel and thus, I was a walk-in guest.

. The roll of the dice paid dividends, as they most obligingly squeezed me into one of the last available rooms.

And bonus time, as the deluxe room was awesome, well worth a few extra baht.

Enjoyed my first night so much, that crack of dawn the next, I requested (successfully) to extend my stay.

What is great about this hotel?

Well, in addition to the plain sailing flexible service (I paid cash upfront, no advance booking and immediately checked into my beautiful room), there are a number of pluses I found during my sleepover.

Location - Yes, walkability is amazing as one can easily amble to transport, cafes, shops, pubs and related attractions.

Acoustics - Despite being in the heart of an entertainment precinct, as the hotel is set approximately 100 metres back from the main drag, it is surprisingly quiet in the evening, just perfect for catching up on a few ZZ's.

Aesthetics - I loved the contemporary trim, heavy on neutral tines (luv me a bit of beige ...), plus seamless blend of wood, metal and vinyl trim throughout.

Practicalities - Strong WiFi, ample car parking, spacious lobby and twenty four (24) hour security.

It is fair to say, that yours truly, really did have an A+ accommodation experience at the B2. #realreviews #realhotelreviews ...

A step up in class, highly recommended lodgings in Khon Kaen and I will be back ...
