What is the National Guard?

Made of two parts:
1. Air National Guard
2. Army National Guard

Command comes form the President, State Governors, and National Guard Bureau.

Mission- Combat operations, humanitarian assistance, emergency management operations, and reconstruction projects etc.

The National Guard has the vast major of MOSs like the U.S Army and U.S Air Force.

It is not a military branch but a organized militia force that has heavy Air Force and Army influences and command.
