The fires in the Pacific Palisades were clearly started on purpose. There's evidence of Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) and of course mass arson. Like Maui, this is a part of the climate change and dependence agenda. Like North Carolina, it was fueled by weather modification, though it's important to point out that they COULD have used cloud seeding for good in LA to bring rain and they didn't.
In this latest tragedy, incompetence is blamed but the fire hydrants were without water on purpose. Homes were left to burn on purpose. 200,000 people were evacuated late on purpose.
