Kat and Ken got a quick behind the scenes look of the current brewing setup for Inox on Grande Allée E in Quebec City. Big thanks to Gabriel & Renaud for showing us around! The setup is very modest, but they are moving to a new brewing facility soon. We love it when people are proud of how they make beer and want to show us!!
