In today’s video, we're combining two of your favorite treats into one irresistible recipe: blueberry muffins and fluffy bread! This easy-to-follow recipe will have you baking up a batch of sweet, moist blueberry muffin bread in no time. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even a dessert!

Whether you're a seasoned baker or a beginner, this blueberry muffin bread recipe is foolproof and sure to impress. Make sure to watch until the end for tips on how to achieve the perfect texture and flavor every time!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups blueberries, rinsed and dried
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup honey
1 large egg, beaten
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tbsp powdered sugar for topping

Instructions:
1) Prep the Blueberries: Pick through your blueberries to ensure there are no stems remaining. Wash and pat them dry gently, taking care not to rupture their skins.
2) Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
3) Lightly grease a loaf tin. (It's best to do this before mixing to ensure the batter doesn't settle or the blueberries sink.)
4) Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, kosher salt, and baking powder.
Use a clean, dry whisk to evenly incorporate these dry ingredients. This helps avoid overmixing later.
5) Add Wet Ingredients: mix the beaten egg, whole milk, melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
6) Incorporate Blueberries: Gently fold the blueberries into the batter, ensuring even distribution without bursting the berries.
7 Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Baking times may vary by oven, so check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, your bread is ready.
8) Cool and Serve: Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar or your favorite icing. Alternatively, enjoy it plain or with a smear of room-temperature butter.

Enjoy this delicious Blueberry Muffin Bread as a quick snack or an easy breakfast treat!

Notes: I created this recipe for myself, and I’m not a huge sweets guy. If you prefer a sweeter loaf, you can easily increase the honey by 1.5x to 2x. Alternatively, honey can be substituted with granulated sugar if desired. You can use frozen blueberries. Do not let them sit out and condensate before adding them to the batter, as this will increase your cook time slightly. Be sure to use the toothpick trick to check for doneness.
