Police save the alleged arsonist was detained by citizens who say they caught him in the process of setting a fire. 🚨 The arsonist who started the Kenneth Fire in Los Angeles, which burned over 800 acres, was tackled and detained by citizens, per police. 🚨 The new rapidly-spreading Kenneth Fire in Los Angeles is being investigated as ARSON, per LAFD. One suspect is already in custody. This fire has already spread HUNDREDS of acres, putting countless lives at risk near West Hills and Calabasas. Police say residents were responsible for holding the suspect.
