Netflix has released the long-awaited official trailer for The Snow Girl: The Game of the Soul, the second season of the successful adaptation of Javier Castillo's novels. This series, which captivated millions of viewers in its first season, returns with an even more intense plot, full of mysteries and secrets which promise to keep the audience in suspense, just like the first part.

A plot full of twists and emotional complexity
In this new season, journalist Miren Rojo, played by Milena Smit, faces a terrifying and personal challenge. It all begins with a polaroid showing a gagged young woman and a disturbing question: “Do you want to play?” This message triggers an investigation that takes Miren to the dark halls of a prestigious elite school, linked to the murder of two young people. On this occasion, he will have the help of Jaime, an investigative journalist played by Miki Esparbé, who also faces the scars of his past as he tries to regain his place in the world of journalism.

The first season of The snow girl Not only was it a phenomenon in Spain, but it also achieved reach number 1 worldwide for the most watched series in non-English languages in its opening week on Netflix. Now, with the subtitle “El juego del alma” (The Soul’s Game), this new installment hopes to surpass that success or, at least, match it. Synopsis

A trama nos leva de volta a Málaga onde, desta vez, a jornalista Miren Rojo (Milena Smit), juntamente com Jaime (Miki Esparbé), um repórter que chega ao jornal Sur fugindo do seu passado e tentando recuperar a sua reputação perdida, investiga uma escola de elite que parece estar no centro do desaparecimento e do assassinato de duas jovens.

O novo ciclo também traz o retorno de Aixa Villagrán e Marco Cáceres no elenco, além de introduzir Hugo Welzel, Luis Callejo, Luis Bermejo, Vicente Romero e José Coronado.
