Storm Shield Forecast morning update 8/14/18

Call me hopelessly optimistic, but I'm giving Bakersfield a forecast high of 99 today. Some forecast models call for 98 and some say 100, so no matter what we'll stay above average for another afternoon... Lake Isabella looks to top out at 97 this afternoon with 88 in Tehachapi and 86 in Frazier Park. Most desert cities are once again in the 100s as well.
