Five SCOTUS Justices denied Trump’s bid to stop Judge Merchan’s sentencing. The four conservative justices would have approved Trump’s application to delay the sentencing. Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Comey Barrett sided with the far-left justices on the court.

So today President Trump faced Merchan, once again, in court in this unjust lawfare suit that never should have been brought against the former president.

Trump will become the first president to have been sentenced for a criminal conviction once he’s sworn into office Jan. 20. That is the talking point Democrats want.

President-elect Donald Trump will appear virtually from his Mar-a-Lago estate when he is sentenced this morning in a New York courtroom.

Trump was found guilty of recording his business’ records to veil a $130,000 payoff to porn actor Stormy Daniels. He posted them as legal expenses – which they were and was appropriate. For this he faces up to 4 years in prison by this corrupt judge whose daughter made over $90 million off this case!
