In a recent appearance on MadameNoire's platform, Ms. Ford delivered a nearly one hour podcast, directly looking into the camera, and disclosed her newfound cat lady status. Intending to be tongue in cheek, Ms. Ford is the latest Black woman to declare to the world that she is "happily single" at nearing 50, having burned numerous marriage proposals and countless other men she could have secured over her long career in the limelight.
