Pan Handler Packing up After a Days "Work"

Info from Licensor: "I was leaving Walmart when I noticed a man in a wheelchair wearing an eye patch. He was holding a sign that said USMC thanks and God bless. I pulled across the road to let the kids eat. and noticed a car pull up close to me. The wheelchair guy stood up and push his wheelchair across the road at a jog. He talked briefly to the guy that drove the car up, opened the trunk and started taking apart his wheelchair. The second guy grabbed a sign and crossed the road to the same corner."
