How much of this could have been avoided? Failed "do-nothing" policies of the left have allowed the situation to become almost too huge to imagine. The Pacific Palisades look like a nuclear bomb went off. Countless homes are destroyed. Hydrants have no water. Newsome seems content to let "the locals figure it out." He's a disgrace.
