Why Was Everyone Slim in the 1960s? 🤔

In the 1960s, we followed the 'Basic Four': meat, dairy, fruits and veggies, and grains. 🥩🍎🍞 But by the 1970s, red meat and saturated fats were blamed for chronic diseases. Fast forward to today: the average person weighs 30 pounds more, and heart disease is still the #1 killer. 😧
What really changed?
