While the USA and its EPA have very strict regulations of all diesel powered trucks trains and ships, Canada has quietly ignored the EPA's stance.

instead burying its head in the sand when it comes to regulating or limiting the number of hours a diesel engine can run before being required to be removed or rebuilt.

as a result diesel commercial trucks trains and ships are given a green pass, as if their shit doesn't stink.

meanwhile BC has labled residential woodstoves as the worst producer of emissions in BC, including in the summer.

hmmm.. I wonder if big oil capitalists lobbying politicians and political parties has anything to do with these things?
