Moving your body consistently is important for mobility and strength.

When you push your body with activity you're jumpstarting the muscle groups that are responsible for movement and balance which we need throughout our daily lives.

It can be difficult making time for fitness, so it's important to find movements that are time-effective which allows allows you to enjoy the benefits of exercise without sacrificing too much time.

Regular exercise improves joint stability, flexibility, and range of motion. Even just utilizing one or two exercise movements as day can decrease your risk of injury!
