Fact Check Daily - White Male Dominance

Apparently a couple of years ago California realized that some professions are mostly dominated by white males, firefighting being one of those. And so that needed to be corrected. I am by no means suggesting this program is the reason California almost burns to the ground every year...but I would like to point out other careers that are similar and why that is.
