What's a spinal warm up and how will it help you?

The Spine is at the center of every movement we make throughout our day. Whether it's walking our way to the kitchen, bending down to tie our shoes or rotating our bodies to put our seat belt on.

The spine functions as a multi directional unit. Twisting, turning, bending and rotating all happens at the spine, and it's necessary to have it move in all the directions. Over time the spine becomes, stiff and immobile. But like another joint and muscle of the body it can be worked and stretched back to its youthful functions.

This routine is going to bring your spine back to life so that it is able to handle the movements that come with everyday life without risk of strain or injury.
