Anthoni, economist at the Heritage Foundation: The Chinese Communist Party's so-called fiscal and monetary stimulus policies amount to spending trillions of U.S. dollars to prop up its failing economy. It clearly doesn't work, and it never has. Because it is the central bank that is stepping in and printing the money to pay for all this Chinese debt.
