We are a Christian nation! Parents want bible curriculum to be taught in Stafford Schools! #bible

I decided to go to the Stafford School board meeting and educate the people there about the history of this country, how it was founded on Christian principles. other states are allowing optional bible curriculum to be taught in the schools, so we would like them to allow bible curriculum to be taught in the schools here as well.

i also touch on how we want our calendars to reflect holidays that coincide with how this country was founded. its not 'racist' or me being a 'maga extremist' to want this country to return to its roots so the insanity we have been seeing never happens again.

hello, my name is Shamgar Connors and i live in hartwood.

today i wanted to build on my last school board meeting with some requests, but before i get to that, i need to give a little history background so what i ask for makes more sense.

at the time of the founding of this country we were a collection of states and colonies. 9 out of the 13 original states required you to be a Bible believing Christian to serve in government. And protestant. all 13 states required a declaration of faith

almost every single one of the original state constitutions, Pennsylvania included, they all had "i profess Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior"

55 out of 56 of the original signers of the declaration were Bible believing, church attending Christians.

common law is inherited from Blackstone, who was Christian. common law is an outgrowth of the scriptures of the Bible, into the ultimate biblical principle, that you shall not favor justice if you are rich or poor. which is Leviticus 19 in the Bible. this is right before the most famous part of Leviticus 19 which is you should love your neighbors as yourself.

This is the idea of blind justice that we get in the west. which is also in the New Testament ideal, neither slave nor Greek nor Jew you're all one in Jesus Christ. this is where the ideal for human equality comes from.

God was mentioned 4 times in the declaration of Independence. "laws of Nature and of nature's God" - the last paragraph of the declaration reads as a prayer - it says we appeal to the Supreme Judge of the universe - thats Jesus Christ - it says in revelation that Jesus will judge the earth on his throne. They were praying to Christ our Lord.

Deuteronomy was by far the most quoted book, in the time of the founding when they were putting together the constitution. Deuteronomy talked about laws, customs, traditions.

John adams said that the constitution was only written for a moral religious people, it was wholly inadequate to the people of any other

the body politic of America was so Christian and so Protestant that our entire form and structure of government was built for the people that believed in Jesus Christ.

did you know that one of the first acts of congress was taxpayer funded Bible printing and distribution?

did you know that there are church services held in the supreme court building, as late as the Jackson presidency in the 1820s?

we believe what the founders believed, what they put it in the halls of congress, what they put it in the supreme court, and what they put it all throughout the country, is that the 10 commandments are the core morality of how society in the civilization should exist.

The founding fathers even put Leviticus on the Liberty Bell. Leviticus 25:19 - proclaim liberty throughout the land of which you are in.

if we actually go back to our christian roots, its americas best hope for revival and for a great future.

so with that being said, the point of this is that the parents in Stafford would like Stafford to follow the lead of texas and other states, and bring Bibles back into the schools, and approve optional Bible-infused curriculum for elementary schools. as i have just shown, the Bible is a core feature of American history and that teaching it will enrich lessons.

also, since this is a christian country, we would like all holidays removed from the school calendar that do not reflect how this country was created. if you are an immigrant here, thats great. but you are to assimilate to our culture in america, not bring your countries culture and force it on us.

if i go to the middle east right now, and demand that they change their school calendars to celebrate easter, or christmas, i would be laughed out of the building and maybe even attacked.

by catering to 'diversity' and 'inclusion' of other religions, whats stopping a satanist from coming and suing this school district and demanding that you allow and endorse satan worshipping in schools? what if a satanist wants to hold an abortion ritual and have the school celebrate it? yes, satanists are claiming that abortion is their sacred religious right in order to get abortions. you are opening a door to a very slippery slope by migrating away from what this country was actually founded upon.
