Trump supporter at Stafford School board! liberal #triggered over trumps 10 step education plan!

i went to a stafford school board meeting on 11-12-2024. i brought up how teachers should have their pay increased to entice more highly qualified teachers to the area.

Then i wanted to talk about the video trump released about his 10 step plan for education. after hearing trumps 10 step plan for education and how he plans to revamp the entire system, i wanted to bring it up to the Stafford school board and ask that they implement changes to be compliant with what trump is asking for.

after my speech, a liberal extremist went up to speak, and she was #TRIGGERED badly. she said she doesnt want any of the school policies to change, because we need 'inclusion' and she made a reference to 'diversity'. this is the problem with leftists in the education system. they want to push all of this insanity on kids but dont actually focus on educating the children on the required subjects they need to graduate.

Hello everyone, Shamgar Connors, Hartwood district.

first thing i'd like to talk about is the rate of pay for teachers in stafford. i do understand that teachers in stafford are underpaid. I know from personal experience that i chose to get a job in Prince William county when i was teaching over stafford schools because the pay was such a substantial amount greater. i was a highly qualified teacher with 10 years experience when i moved over to stafford and started working in prince william county.

i know that if schools want to incentivize more highly qualified teachers, they are going to have to raise the pay for teachers. having more highly qualified teachers should lead to better outcomes when it comes to test scores and passing rates. i think its important to do whatever we can to invest in the development of our children, by giving them the best possible education.

so i would like to come up with some kind of idea to substantially raise the pay rates for teachers. usually i am very against raising taxes, but in this case i would look at it as an investment in the future workers and leaders of stafford. also there are other ways to get more money from the state that can also be explored. i know this is more of a board of supervisors issue, but i wanted to bring it up here to get parents on board with this first, then go to the BoS meetings as a group.
next i want to talk about how the majority of americans spoke, Trump won the election and how that is going to effect our schools, and to ask that we start implementing policy for Trumps 10 step plan for schools.

Big changes are coming
He’s overhauling if not abolishing the Department of Education.
The department of education has been around since 1979 and by EVERY SINGLE MEASURABLE METRIC, the education system has become WORSE! the passing rates are lower, the drop out rates are worse, the disciplinary violations are worse, and much more. we spend more per student than just about anywhere else in the world, yet our education is rated as one of the worst in the world.
Federal funds follow the child
No more DEI, CRT and SEL’s
The entire liberal agenda will be abolished and when the parents aren’t happy with the schools, they’ll take that money and place their children in a suitable educational environment.

There will be no more political indoctrination from radical leftists with their blm and LGBTQ flags. no more being taught to hate their country but to love it.

and something i have been speaking out about for a while, IMMEDIATE EXPULSION for any student that harms a teacher or another student!
trump is also going to ask congress to pass a bill establishing that the only genders recognized by the united states government are male and female, and they are assigned at birth. i have had many parents come to me and tell me that there are people in stafford schools asking children to use 'neo-pronouns' like Xe, Xir, Mx, Ze, Zer, Fae, faers and etc. they are uncomfortable with and do not want their children to have to use 'compelled speech' by someone in power over them.
if people want to use neo-pronouns outside of a school system paid for by taxpayers, go ahead nobody will care. but as far as in schools, parents want this to stop, and its going to stop once trump takes office. Most parents i have talked to are too scared to come up and speak out about this because they have a legit fear of leftists retaliating against them. and i dont blame them. i know what its like to be stalked, harassed, and doxxed by leftists.
we parents want to be able to send our children to school and not worry about some leftist extremist teacher trying to indoctrinate our children with how they think our child should be raised. its pretty simple, the teachers contract states they are being paid to teach a subject matter. that is what should be focused on. its time to make education great again
