9-10-2024 Stafford School Board Vaccine Exemptions for schools in Virginia

i decided to go to speak out about vaccine exemptions in schools in virginia. there are laws that allow you to get vaccine exemptions for your students. however, on the stafford county website when you go to register your student, you are not informed of your rights nor does the website even say that you have the right to fill out a form for vaccine exemption.

So i wanted to bring awareness to this fact and to ask to have this rectified.

here is the transcript (i didnt get to read all of it because i read the law and that took up a huge chunk of my time)

hey everyone, shamgar connors, hartwood district,

you may remember me coming previously, where i stated i was a teacher and i know that students are not suspended many times because the schools will lose funding due to attendance issues. im hoping that this school year, the principals will choose the safety of other students and staff over whatever monetary value they are promised for a higher attendance rate. no more students attacking teachers and then being put right back in that classroom the very next day.

but today id like to talk about something on the stafford county website when you go to register your student. my daughter started kindergarten this year, and this is what i saw. there is a form that says you have to give your child MANDATORY vaccines otherwise they cannot attend school.

this is an infringement on parents rights because you can submit a notarized form (and it looks like this), and on that notarized form you state you are religiously exempt from forcing your child to be vaccinated. why do you not inform the parents that this is even an option? surely that is manipulative at best and perhaps criminal at worst.

HERE IS THE LAW:
Per Va. Code § 22.1-271.2. and Va. Code § 22.1-3., no certificate of immunization shall be required for the admission to school of any student if (i) the student or his parent submits an affidavit to the admitting official stating that the administration of immunizing agents conflicts with the student's religious tenets or practices; or (ii) the school has written certification from a licensed physician, a licensed advanced practice registered nurse, or a local health department that one or more of the required immunizations may be detrimental to the student's health, indicating the specific nature and probable duration of the medical condition or circumstance that contraindicates immunization.

you may remember that i was kicked off the kidney transplant list because i refused the covid vaxx. which it turns out i was correct in refusing it, because the amounts of cancers and turbo cancers and athletes falling dead - including even high school athletes, and myocarditis, have exponentially increased since these covid vaxxs came out.

its almost a cult like reaction you get from some people when you refuse their vaccines. even when you can show them the data, like the cdc having to admit that giving your baby the hepatitis b shot increases the chance for autism by 1000%. why does a baby or a little kid need a hep b vaxx anyway? are kids coming into contact with dirty needles and blood in schools? hep b is one of the vaxxs on the 'mandatory' list.

and the pediatricians push getting vaccines because they are rewarded with a $40,000 bonus or perhaps even higher if they have a certain threshold of patients "fully vaccinated". so of course most pediatrician offices will pressure parents and schools to get children vaccinated.

in court there have been cases where they proved that the modern way of giving 4 vaccines at once causes far more adverse events. they were asked under oath why they dont go back to a one at a time dosage, and their answer was "it wasnt cost effective to do it one at a time". so its not about your health or the health of your children. its about making money.

you can go to openvaers.com and see over one million adverse events reported from the covid vaxx alone and they estimate only between 1 and 10% of people have actually reported their adverse events. i personally know many people that have been injured by these vaccines.

me personally, my kidney issues that led to kidney failure all started when i got a tetanus shot from when i went to the hospital because my son had scratched my eye.

the whole vaccines industry is built upon manipulation and far mongering. and parents deserve to be able to exercise their rights in this school division, and be able to know that they can claim a vaccine exemption for their child.
