Multi-Million Dollar Homes on the Beach in Malibu, GONE

I was in a couple of these houses, years ago. These were multimillion-dollar homes.

Living on the North Atlantic beaches most of my life, the zoning of these homes never made a lot of sense to me: being right on the highway, with no driveway to turn into, just the footprint of your house and about 20 feet of beach between your house and the shoreline.

The Pacific is not as chaotic as the Atlantic, hence, it's name. These houses would have been gone within a few years, if built that close to the shoreline of an Atlantic beach.

Now, if these properties' fire insurance were also canceled, then it means that in California, getting Mauied isn't only for the poor.
