Doing “all the things” wasn’t enough to completely fix my chronic issues…

• I bought the organic mattress to avoid chemical off-gassing
• I drove to the co-ops for pastured meat and eggs to avoid grain-fed animal proteins
• I set my subscribe & save to toxin-free skincare to avoid endocrine disruptors
• I did the ozone IVs for EBV
• I tried fecal microbiota transplantations for my depleted microbiome
• I got Maya massage for my endometriosis and PCOS
• ...and So. Much. More.

And while I know that these topics are so important….
Obsessing over every little toxin didn’t give me my gallbladder back.

Since loss of gallbladder can lead to ongoing hormone imbalance (thyroid, stress, and sex hormones) and ongoing chronic fatigue… I predict I’ll need ongoing added support beyond low toxin living.

For life. 👵

Here’s what I’ve learned in this decade of biohacking:

1) Sometimes we need to pause the endless quest for external solutions and dig deeper…internally.

2) While finding root causes is crucial, it’s okay to take breaks along the way.

3) When “doing all the things” isn’t working, it might be time to shift our focus to the deeper issues at hand.

4) Recovery isn’t linear. Literally. Like I felt amazing last week and this week I feel like arse. It comes and goes!

Remember: Your journey isn’t a checklist – it’s a conversation with your body. 💞
