How often do Cincinnati officers use Tasers on kids?

More often than you might think. As we looked into use-of-force records, we discovered Cincinnati officers have used Tasers on more than 10 children — the majority of them black — since 2016. One, a 13-year-old boy, was shocked for running away when an officer tried to ticket him for jaywalking.
