THIS WILL HURT HOME PRICING

Zillow is expanding their proprietary game, and now they will be introducing a climate impact rating. This is horrible for Florida, and quite frankly I don't see how it can help anybody who owns homes. I discuss this new "feature" and how I see the impact will be from such a move. Just like their Zestimate feature, I expect it to be highly inaccurate.
