Knowledge of the Glory, Week 1

In the Fall, I pray asking God for direction for the coming year. Normally I will receive a specific word(s) that will tie into a specific Scripture. This becomes our guiding/theme verse for the new year. From this verse, we create a new banner.

December 31st during my morning prayer time: I saw a person walking from 2024 into 2025. When they were in 2024, it was hazy, but as soon as they stepped into 2025 it was clear and I heard “The veil has been lifted.”

Knowledge of the Glory
2 Cor 3:16-18 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

1 John 3:2-3 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. 3 And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

Last year for 2024 our theme verse was 1 Kings 18:21-22 And Elijah came to all the people, and said, "How long will you falter between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him." But the people answered him not a word. As people are awakening to the truth about our government, they will be brought to a choice: A Marxist government based on Luciferian ideologies or a Constitutional Republic based on Biblical ideologies.

AMERICA CHOSE GOD! They chose a Constitutional Republic based on Biblical ideologies. According to Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, the result of the 2024 Presidential Election was due to America’s rejection of “DEI, rainbow, neo-Marxist, race and gender identity, proto-Marxist, and woke agenda.” I call this the “Wokaferian” agenda/religion; the sexual and Satanic abuse of our children. Since 2019 (The Final Battle book) we have been proclaiming; “Babylon is falling!”

America choosing God will be reflected in what He is going to do in 2025. This opens the door for God to move in our nation. God partnered with mankind since the beginning of creation. We all stand under a personal judgment from God, and collectively as a nation. America will be saved. God will separate the wheat from the tares (Mtt 13:24-30).

***President Trump said he is rounding up all the bad actors in America, be it cleaning the swamp of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats or deporting illegal cartel aliens. I believe this is a partial, or perhaps a complete fulfillment of Mtt 13:36-43.

Matt 13:36-43 The Parable of the Tares Explained
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, "Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field."

37 He answered and said to them: "He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. 39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

I don’t believe we will see angels rounding up people and throwing them into a fire. Angels work with God’s people to accomplish His will and they will guide many people, giving them wisdom, courage and protection to deal with all who practice lawlessness. God’s judgment and justice will be carried out establishing His jurisdiction on earth.

December 26, 2014; praying in my office at Life Song Church; God gave me a great revelation to walk out the prophecy of Jesus Christ. After much prayer, I realized the main prophecy of Jesus Christ is Isa 9:6,7.
December 26, 2024; in my prayer journal I wrote “America Chose God!” and immediately I heard in my heart, “Read Habakkuk!” This is 10 years to the day. The number 10 spiritually means “trial or test,” a divine order, and man’s responsibility towards God.
Habakkuk lived during one of Judah’s most critical periods right before the fall of Jerusalem in 586 B.C. He had a heart for righteousness and was grieved at how wicked Judah had become as they cast off godly restraint. He describes the scene as “iniquity…trouble…plundering…violence…strife…contention…law is powerless…justice never goes forth…wicked surround the righteous…perverse judgment proceeds.” Habakkuk moves from complaining to confidence, from doubt to trust, from man to God, from the valley to the high hills saying “The just shall live by his faith.” When the predicted invasion by foreign armies becomes a reality, that righteous remnant whose God is the Lord, whose trust and dependence is in Him, will be delivered and they will live, (SFL Bible Intro to Habakkuk).

Hab 2:1-4 I will stand my watch And set myself on the rampart, And watch to see what He will say to me, And what I will answer when I am corrected. 2 Then the Lord answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry. 4 "Behold the proud (Babylonians), His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.”

Rampart: a defensive wall of a castle or walled city, a strong tower. Hab 2:1-4 best describes my last 10 years. I stand as a “watchman on the wall” to watch and see what Jesus is saying. I listen for His correction in my life and ministry. I then write it down so we can run and accomplish all that God has called us to do. Every Sunday message is a piece of that vision. Together we all stand on the rampart, listening for His correction, making adjustments and running with the vision Jesus has for each of us.

Theme Verse for 2025:
Hab 2:14 For the earth will be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, As the waters cover the sea.

F/N “God’s actions in bringing down the wicked (v. 13) demonstrate His sovereignty in all the earth.”
“Adopted from Isa 11:9, with the difference that Isaiah's phrase, "the knowledge of the Lord," is, by the Holy Spirit in Habakkuk, expanded into "the knowledge of the glory of the Lord," Here the sense is, 'The Jews shall be restored, and the temple rebuilt (second temple), so that God's glory, in saving His people and punishing their Chaldean foe, shall be manifested throughout the world,' of which the Babylonian empire formed the greatest part; a type of the ultimate full manifestation of His glory in the final salvation of Israel and His Church, and the destruction of all their foes, and the setting up on earth of His world-wide and glorious kingdom (Rev 11:15).” (Jamieson, Fausset and Brown Commentary)

Partial and Complete Fulfillment of Prophecy
Isaiah prophesied of the knowledge of the Lord coming, and Habakkuk expounded on this and applied it to the reconstruction of the second temple in Jerusalem. The complete fulfillment of “the knowledge of the glory of the Lord”
Will take place when the angel will blow the 7th Trumpet, proclaiming the Kingdom of God on Earth (Rev 11:15).

Isa 11:9-10 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord As the waters cover the sea. 10 "And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, Who shall stand as a banner to the people; For the Gentiles shall seek Him, And His resting place shall be glorious." Jehovah Nissi!

Habakkuk chapter 2 and 3 is reflective of Isaiah chapter 10 and 11 which are subtitled “The Returning Remnant of Israel” and “The Reign of Jesse’s Offspring.” These verses show us God is working with His righteous remnant to bring down Babylon.
