If you won’t listen to the concerns of your employees, union organizers will.

Unions are smart. They know when employees at non-union companies have complaints that are falling on deaf ears.

Often MONTHS ahead of time, they put people in places of influence who WILL listen to your employees AND report your vulnerabilities back to the union. When employers eventually find out that they are going to be hit with a union organizing campaign, they’re at a significant disadvantage.
