Can I get fit using Ring Fit Adventure in 2025?

It's a new year, 2025 baby! And, I had no plans to put pressure on myself by setting a lofty new years resolution. That was until André from Game Explain encouraged me to get back into shape using Ring Fit Adventure on the Nintendo Switch.

This video marks the start of my Ring Fit journey. Over the next 2 months I will workout 5 times a week using Ring Fit and then publish the results. I'll also aim to do daily updates on X, so be sure to follow me there and cheer me on!
