GameStop Refresh Idea #8: Improve Your Customer Service! | HORRIBLE On-Line Shopping Experience

I have never had any actual customer service issues with GameStop in all my 22 years of being a customer as I never really do any shopping outside the norm! However, I recently ordered a couple of games that were on sale on-line (but in a store), and the fallout has been ridiculous.

First, I was double charged for some reason, which I had to resolve with my bank because GameStop claimed they couldn't do it as it was an on-line order that has already been processed.

Then, it also was being shipped to the wrong address (an address I moved from 10 years ago!!), which involved me running around between the post office and GameStop (and plenty of calls too, not just running around!)!

As of this upload (January 7), my issue technically still has not been resolved, making it 3 weeks of BS now, and the overall response has been VERY poor.
