How I raised my body temperature

I talk about how I raised my body temperature 0.8 deg. C and what benefits there were. Also briefly cover all important thyroid nutrition. Not sure what I was going on about with the health metric bit don't listen to that too carefully.

About Me:
I’ve been experimenting with various supplements for the last 15 years, currently taking over 80 every day and have probably tried at least double that. By trade I am a data analyst, and technically a doctor (of particle physics). Have been attempting to bodybuild for the last 4 years (unfortunately still fat and small, but very opinionated). Other interests include longevity, “looksmaxxing” (with supplements!) and music.

About this channel:
I want to teach you everything useful I have learnt through my years as a petri-dish, hopefully mostly things that are not common knowledge. Most of the focus will be on things I have experienced myself, rather than reporting the latest studies, although I will try to include references where relevant. There will be some bodybuilding content too, which to me is more of a work in progress, but I will try to apply my supplement knowledge to burn away the fat and break the natural limit (I am lazy I wouldn’t expect too much but you never know).
