Cutting the Cuttys frame part 2?

long story short- I bought a steering rack conversion for my cutlass, but not the stupid unisteer ones... well that's because this was designed for race cars with a 3 mile turn radius...
So! I'm moving the rack backwards, trying to line it up with the steering shaft so I don't have to add pivots and that requires cutting the frame.
