Unlike store-bought summer drinks that are too sweet and make you thirstier, these homemade refreshing drinks are quite thirst-quenching thanks to their well-balanced sweetness and flavors. They’re non-alcoholic, but if you like, a splash of vodka will work. Perfect for an aperitif with friends, they're simple, quick, delicious, and, of course, beautiful.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
Raspberry Drink:
• 250 g Raspberries
• 60 g Sugar
• 1/2 Lemon
• 800 ml Water
Grapefruit Spritz:
• 200 g Pineapple
• 80 g Sugar
• 5 Sprigs Rosemary
• 200 ml Water
• 2 Grapefruits
• 400 ml Grapefruit juice (approximately)
Ginger Lemonade:
• 1 heaping tbsp. grated fresh ginger
• 3 Lemons
• 15 leaves of Mint
• 70 g Agave Syrup
Peach and Basil Iced Tea:
• 4 Ripe Peaches
• 4 tbsp. Sugar
• 1 liter Water
• 3 Tea bags
• 20 leaves of Basil
Melon, Lime and Mint Smoothie:
• 500 g White or green melon
• 2 limes
• 2 tbsp. Agave syrup
• 20 Mint leaves
• Sugar (for garnish)
• Cucumber slices
