Storm Shield Forecast morning update 8/8/18

Unfortunately that heat wave looks to begin today with a forecast high of 102 in Bakersfield and continued really bad air quality. For our friends in the mountains expect a high of 100 in Lake Isabella this afternoon and 90 in Tehachapi with a high of 88 in Frazier Park. The desert communities are under an Excessive Heat Warning with a forecast high of 112 in Ridgecrest this afternoon and 114 in California City!
