Damien Richardson Interview - Are We Awake Yet? - X-Candidates 107

We are joined by Australian TV Personality, writer and podcaster, Damien Richardson.

Damien has enjoyed a successful career in television and movies, staring in Neighbours, City Homicide, The Secret Life of Us and more. Damien also co-wrote ‘The Belly of the Whale’, which won the Best New Comedy-Drama award at the Melbourne Fringe Festival.

With the outbreak of the COVID Pandemic and the Governments response, Damien became active politically, which lead him to run as an Independent Senate candidate at the 2022 Federal election. Later that year, Damien also contested the Victorian State elections as the Freedom Party Upper House candidate for Northern Metropolitan Region.

Damien has now embarked on a speaking tour, titled ‘Are We Awake Yet?’. He has also maintained a regular podcast, in which he aims to have the ‘conversations the others are too afraid to have’.
