The trial against Ursula von der Leyen proceeded as planned.
Three key issues are now under discussion:
1. Does von der Leyen’s immunity apply in this case?
2. Can the European Public Prosecutor’s Office withdraw this case from the criminal court in Liege?
3. Is the case admissible?
