How Kenya police cover up killings of anti-government protesters

Nineteen-year-old Charles Owino was killed by a gunshot to the head during a day of anti-government protests near Nairobi in July, according to an autopsy report seen by Reuters. But his brother said police recorded his death as a road accident, one of a number of cases that rights groups and relatives say point to a cover-up of police brutality.
