Creamy Orzo with Salmon and Garlic

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup orzo
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
2 cups water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh parsley and grated cheese to taste
Preparation
Marinate and cook the salmon: Mix olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, and paprika. Coat the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a skillet until golden. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the orzo: In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and rosemary. Add the orzo, water, and cook covered until the liquid is absorbed.
Make it creamy: Stir in the cream, butter, and parsley. Mix well.
Assembly: Place the salmon on top of the orzo, squeeze a bit of lemon juice, and cook for 1 more minute.
