New York rolls out first U.S. congestion pricing to cut traffic

New York City's new congestion pricing toll for drivers entering the center of Manhattan began on Sunday (January 5). Drivers will now pay $9 to access the busiest part of the city during peak hours. Gabe Singer reports.
